A Reserve Study for an HOA or COA is an invaluable tool for planning for the updating and replacement of the Association’s structure and amenities. A Reserve Analyst has walked the property with the Board to identify all areas that the Association is responsible for maintaining. The Analyst then evaluated the Useful Life of the structures and the amenities based on information provided to them regarding the recency of that maintenance or replacement. This Reserve Study document outlines when it will be necessary to schedule the work and provide for the estimated funding. This was the first such study done for the Association of the Unit Owners of the Island, and will guide the Board in future discussions and planning.
